Carefully review the criteria for this special award.

Include ONE sample of up to 200 words of poetry/spoken word or three pages double-spaced of prose on the topic(s) of:

• peace
• social justice
• human rights
• economic justice
• animal rights
• environmental justice
  

• Fill out the application form below. Be sure to include your FULL name, mailing address, email address, phone number and age (you must be between 12-18 years of age), and an e-mail address.
  
• This award is given at YouthWrite's discretion based on the quality of writing and exploration of the topic(s) in consideration of the writer's age.
  
• The successful applicant(s) will be notified via e-mail.
